Staff or Principal UX roles at places like Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or Apple. I'm drawn to teams where design operates at scale, where the problems are genuinely hard, and where there's room to shape how an organization thinks about design, not just execute on it.
I have 15+ years of experience leading UX on enterprise products. Most recently at Amazon, where I led design for a global HR platform managing 4.8 billion documents across 67 countries. I'm used to ambiguity, stakeholder complexity, and shipping things that actually work.
